Time Out says

Founder Jason Jek has cut his teeth at tree-Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon Restaurant in Singapore and the one-Michelin-starred RE-NAA in Norway. Now, he is applying his fine dining experience to create healthy salads at his own healthy eatery, Super Simple. Creating your own salads starts from $9.90, which gives half a serving of proteins, your choice of base, two supplements, a garnish, and a drizzle of house-made dressings. Healthy offerings include whole-wheat pasta, bulgar wheat, curried cauliflower, and sakura ebi.
