Time Out says

Founder Jason Jek has cut his teeth at tree-Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon Restaurant in Singapore and the one-Michelin-starred RE-NAA in Norway. Now, he is applying his fine dining experience to create healthy salads at his own healthy eatery, Super Simple. And true to its name, Super Simple favours natural flavourings over artificial additives – honey is used in place of sugar, and side dishes like pickled beetroots and parsley pesto dressing are made from scratch. Creating your own salads starts from $9.90, which gives half a serving of proteins, your choice of base, two supplements, a garnish, and a drizzle of house-made dressings. Healthy offerings include whole-wheat pasta, bulgar wheat, curried cauliflower, and sakura ebi.
