At the helm is our founder, Jasper Jek (formerly of Norway's 2 Michelin-starred RE-NAA) and his culinary prowess guides our philosophy of clean, healthy eating.
We employ a no-frills method in our kitchens and by using little to no additives in our food, we allow the natural flavours of the ingredients to shine.

Jasper has honed his skills in Michelin-starred establishments both locally and overseas, including Norway's 2 Michelin-starred RE-NAA, 3 Michelin-starred Joel Robuchon in Singapore and Restaurante Martín Berasategui in Spain.
